2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service or purchase a report.

3. What the service provides

The service provides automated transaction categorisation, tax-position estimation, downloadable PDF and spreadsheet-style report outputs, and general tax guidance based on the information you upload and the answers you provide.

The service is designed to help you review your records more efficiently. It is not a substitute for regulated, personalised tax or legal advice.

4. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any output before relying on it.

You are solely responsible for anything you submit to HMRC, including any figures, deductions, allowances, or supporting records.

5. Payment and refunds

The full report is sold as a one-time digital product for £9.99. Payments are processed by Stripe.

The report is non-refundable once purchased.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• upload data you do not have the right to use
• attempt to interfere with, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
• attempt to bypass payment, technical limits, or security controls

7. Uploaded files and data processing

You may upload bank statements and related financial data so the service can analyse and categorise transactions and generate your report.

For the advisor flow, bank statements and transactions are processed for the service and are not intended to be persisted on our servers as part of the normal report-generation flow.

8. Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, and underlying product materials remain the property of Qaccountants LTD or its licensors.

Buying a report gives you a limited right to use that report for your own internal personal or business tax-review purposes.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or withdraw any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qaccountants LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability in relation to any purchase or use of the paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
